Order Turnaround Times

We strive to get orders to your site as soon as possible. Order turnaround times can change depending on several factors including stock location, type of embellishment required, amount of embellishment required, and delivery location/method. If your order is urgent or has a deadline, please notify us by including all relevant information in the comments section of the checkout page and we will do all we can to get your order produced and delivered on time.

Changing Your Order

Please order carefully. As all items sold here are branded with Correct Care Logos we cannot re-sell garments. If you wish to cancel or alter an order, please contact us immediately on 1300 222 669 as we cannot change orders once branding has been added to the garment.

RETURNS -

All goods sold on this website are sold by Andrews Corporate Clothing (ACC) and are subject to Australian Consumer Law in regards to returns.

Return Reasons

We accept returns for faulty goods or if an item does not perform as advertised. We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you wish to return an item you must first get authorization to do so. To request a return authorization please email us with the subject line Return Authorization Request

Returns Limit

You have 6 weeks from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please try on your garments as soon as you receive them to ensure your items fit properly. Any items returned after this 6 week period may not be refunded or exchanged. Furthermore these items will not be returned to you unless you specifically make arrangements/payment for such.

Returned Items Condition

Items can only be returned in a saleable condition. By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all tags/swing tickets, packaging and accessories are included. Any items returned which are not saleable may not be refunded or exchanged. Furthermore these items will not be returned to you unless you specifically make arrangements/payment for such.

Andrews Corporate Clothing understand that prompt delivery to your site is of utmost importance. We utilize a combination of Australia Post, Courier Services (StarTrack, Fastway, Toll, DHL) and our own internal logistics fleet. Our flexibility ensures we can always find the best fit to ensure your delivery is made on time and at the right place.
